Bodine Electric Company held their 2026 Spring Sales Meeting in Iowa last week, from Monday, May 18, through Wednesday, May 20. The meeting began at Bodine’s headquarters in Peosta, Iowa where our sales team got updates from our manufacturing team on various continuous improvement projects. This was followed by a tour of Bodine’s main factory to see those improvements in action.

Once the presentations finished each day, fun was had! The input from all team members was crucial to developing internal relationships, as well as enjoying off time at a retro arcade at Backpocket in Dubuque, Iowa. With Skeeball, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Pinball, and many more games at our disposal, a splendid time was guaranteed for all!

The next two days of our meeting were held at the Hotel Julien in Dubuque, Iowa. This was the first Bodine Sales Meeting presided over by Kevin Machalek, who had been recently promoted to VP of Sales & Marketing, and Jeff Stahl, who had recently assumed the position of President of Bodine Electric Company. Former president and current Chairman of the Board Jeff Bodine joined us in the meeting and at dinner at The Vault. The overall theme of our sales meeting was teamwork and collaboration for aggressive sales growth. Everyone who attended also participated in the presentations, which made for very interactive sessions.
