We offer a large selection of CI/D1 (IP-66) and CI/D2 (IP-44) gearmotors and motors with both AC inverter-duty, PSC, and Low-Voltage Brushless DC (12VDC or 24VDC) windings, including a family of 12VDC & 24VDC BLDC INTEGRA gearmotors with built-in speed controls for solar power, battery or off-grid operation (IP-44).
All-in-One Brushless DC 34B4/SR-WX Gearmotor Solution
Bodine brushless DC INTEGRAmotor products combine a 12VDC or 24VDC brushless DC motor, a gearhead, a motor feedback device (encoder) and a control into one compact package. The integrated control simplifies installation, minimizes EMI, and reduces wiring cost, assembly time, and total cost of ownership. BLDC INTEGRAmotors are an economical alternative for some stepper or high-end servo systems. They are a maintenance free gearmotor solution that can be operated and controlled locally via a speed pot, or remotely via an analog 0-5VDC speed input, as well as remote on/off and reversing signal.
Gearmotors for Hazardous Locations CI/D2 & CI/D1
Our Class I, Division 2 options include the brushless DC type 34B/SR-WX INTEGRA gearmotors (with built-in speed control). And AC inverter-duty, 3-phase (variable speed) and PSC (fixed speed, 115VAC) gearmotors with our FX gearhead. Our new Class I, Division 1 gearmotors are engineered to be used in environments where ignitable concentrations of flammable gases, vapors or liquids are likely to exist under normal operating conditions. Three-phase AC inverter-duty 230VAC or 460VAC are available, as well as brushless DC (EC) 12VDC or 24VDC gearmotors and motors.
AC Inverter-Duty 3-Phase Gearmotors 230V, 460VAC or 230/460VAC
Bodine inverter-duty AC gearmotors and motors are ideal for many industrial metering, pumping, conveying and process applications. Compatible with a wide range of AC inverter drives (VFDs) our inverter duty 3-phase gearmotors and motors provide maintenance free and very consistent performance. AC three-phase motors are more efficient than single phase, capacitor run (PSC) gearmotor designs, and with the use of variable frequency drives, are ideal for remote operation, industrial networks, or condition monitoring.
