Please join us in congratulating Jeff Bodine on his retirement as President of Bodine Electric Company effective April 10th, 2026. Jeff has been with the family-owned company for almost 48 years, serving as president since 2017. When announcing his retirement, Jeff stated, “When I first walked through Bodine’s doors more than five decades ago, I could not have imagined the journey ahead. This company has been woven into my life in more ways than one — not only as my career, but as part of my family’s story. Guiding an organization that represents generations of commitment and vision has been deeply rewarding. Leadership transitions are significant milestones and I believe this transition will be seamless. I move into this next chapter of my life with tremendous confidence in our team and in the future of Bodine Electric Company.” Although he will be stepping away from the responsibilities of President, Jeff will not be stepping away from Bodine Electric. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and remain involved in supporting the company’s long-term vision and ensuring continued stability and strength as we move forward.

During their annual meeting in April, the company’s Board of Directors elected Jeff Stahl as the new president. Jeff Stahl has led Bodine Electric Company’s finance department for over 25 years as Chief Financial Officer. Jeff Bodine expressed his confidence in his successor: “Jeff brings strong operational insight, steady leadership, and a deep appreciation for Bodine’s culture and values.”
