More Important Than the Type

The Bodine model number is represented in the first four digits of the serial number. If you are replacing an active stock item, then the model number is sufficient to order a replacement motor, gearmotor or speed control. If the product is older or obsolete, then the full serial number is required to identify a possible alternative. Please note that serial numbers that start with a letter are for custom (built-to-order) products — no direct stock product options exists.
