Corporate Headquarters, Sales and Marketing, Design Engineering, R&D and Electronic Products manufacturing operations are located in Northfield, Illinois (20 miles north of Chicago). Peosta, Iowa (15 miles west of Dubuque) is the home of our component manufacturing, final assembly, and main stocking warehouse. Bodine Electric Company utilizes the industry's latest winding, CNC machining, heat treat and assembly equipment. Final assembly operations are supported by an experienced team of Manufacturing Engineers and a Lean Manufacturing Team -- all with focused knowledge in the manufacturing of small (FHP) gearmotors and motors (FHP = fractional horsepower = less than 1 HP).
